Our
brand new privately owned luxurious 4 bedroom villa is located
on the prestigious and much sought after Calabay Parc Tower
Lake gated community on Highway 27. There is convenient access
to the I-4 and is just a 15-20 minute drive to Walt Disney
World. Sea World and Universal are approximately 25 minutes
drive away.
The
villa is furnished to a very high standard
and sleeps up to 10 people with 2 master bedrooms, both with
en suite bathrooms, 2 twin bedded rooms sharing a bathroom
and a convertible sofa bed, each bedroom contains a TV with
DVD. Perfect for 1 family or for 2 families to share!
The
villa has various leisure activities including a small library
of books, a DVD player and DVD's, Playstation and a computer
with Internet access; it also has its own games room with
table football, pool table and air hockey.
There
is a fully fitted open plan kitchen/diner including fridge/freezer
with water and ice dispenser and a laundry room with washing
machine, tumble drier and iron.
Outside,
the large deck area has its own sparkling 30' x 13' heated
swimming pool with waterfall feature, spa, fun water sprays
and coloured lighting together with poolside loungers for
relaxation. There is also a lanai area which contains pool
furniture to allow alfresco dining and shade from the day
long sunshine.
The
deck area faces south so has the sun all day long and the
uninterrupted view beyond the pool is of
a lake with its boat ramp and fishing pier. The sun sets over
the lake and this makes for stunning views from the pool area.
This villa has one of the very few lake views at Calabay Parc.
There
are also a variety of restaurants including fine dining in
the vicinity and a large 24 hour 'Supercenter' Wal-Mart with
everything you could possibly need for your stay. Within a
few minutes drive there is the soon to be completed multi
million dollar Posner Centre which will contain upmarket shopping
opportunities together with restaurants, fine dining and a
cinema complex.
For
guests who enjoy golf, the villa could not be more ideally
situated. Southern Dunes golf course, rated #6 in
Florida and in the top 100 in the USA, is situated adjacent
to the Calabay Parc Tower Lake community. There are also many
other Championship and ‘Pay and Play’ courses
within a very short drive.
